郭靜純11日和木村拓哉搭同班飛機抵台，拍了木村過海關的照片Po在她未公開的私人臉書上。根據民航機場管制區進出管制作業規定，安全檢查作業線及設施不得攝影，不過她應是不知道過海關時不能拍照，她也在貼出文章後立刻徹下。郭靜純之前和全家人到日本旅遊，剛好碰上木村首次來台，她把照片放上私人臉書，被記者發現，並詢問她親眼目睹男神的感想。行事低調的她隨後就撤下照片，昨未回覆記者詢問。(中國時報)

特別預算將用完 立委要求續編 800億治水 台南169億分最多

    　水利署官員說，按地方自治法規定，縣管的排水與河川整治，應由地方政府負責。但目前均由中央政府編列特別預算處理，但地方不應將責任推到中央，「地方窮，中央也窮」，地方政府絕不能將錯推到中央政府身上。
    　由於首波8年1160億元（含水利署800億元）的水患治理計畫，即將執行完畢。水利署官員說，今年初水利署再提出6年600億元「易淹水地區後續治理及維護管理計畫」，執行時間自103年到108年止，但行政院尚未核定，要求補件，近期內邀請經建會與地方政府開會後，一個月內提報行政院施行。
    　政府編列的治水特別預算即將用罄，民進黨立院黨團昨天要求，政院應每年至少編列100億元治水預算；藍營農業縣立委也說，治水預算執行成效不錯，將提案要求政府續編治水特別預算。
    　對於是否續編治水特別預算，行政院長江宜樺昨天也說，政府財政艱辛，舉債上限只剩2000多億元，以後可能要舉債或徵稅治水。但不管運用特別預算等各種方式，只要是涉及民生相關，政府絕對優先處理。，

台中市在蘇迪勒一夜狂風摧殘，霧峰區86歲李姓阿嬤擔心屋頂被掀，疑因驚嚇過度，8日凌晨驟逝。另有91位民眾因騎車摔倒或路樹倒下壓傷。南投埔里鎮53歲柯姓農民前天冒雨前往農田巡水失蹤，8日被發現浮屍蓄水池，疑因失足不慎掉落溺斃。台中消防局第二大隊副大隊長劉世湧指出，7日晚間6時許獲報，夏家3人受困思源啞口登山口，昨日下午12時46分順利將淋溼受困的夏家人，引導到勝光派出所休息。

夢想起飛熱氣球博覽會遭大溪民眾抨擊封閉河濱公園，主辦單位澄清早晚都有固定免費開放時段。（楊宗灝攝）

號稱桃園首次熱氣球體驗活動「2015夢想起飛、熱氣球博覽會」，上周六開幕後便遭在地大溪民眾抨擊封閉河濱公園，影響居民使用權益。主辦單位回應說，每天早上8點前、下午5點後都免費開放民眾進入，不可能為了辦活動妨害民眾使用權。主辦單位表示，申辦熱氣球博覽會過程一切合法，並經民航局行文同意，對於外界有關飛安、專業疑慮，都有誠意對大眾釋疑。不過在地民代質疑業者規畫活動倉促草率，連最基本的交通、環保問題都無法解決。

號稱桃園首次熱氣球體驗活動「2015夢想起飛、熱氣球博覽會」，上周六開幕後便遭在地大溪民眾抨擊封閉河濱公園，影響居民使用權益。主辦單位回應說，每天早上8點前、下午5點後都免費開放民眾進入，不可能為了辦活動妨害民眾使用權。主辦單位表示，申辦熱氣球博覽會過程一切合法，並經民航局行文同意，對於外界有關飛安、專業疑慮，都有誠意對大眾釋疑。不過在地民代質疑業者規畫活動倉促草率，連最基本的交通、環保問題都無法解決。

桃園市議員陳治文說，熱氣球博覽會場地是大溪區公所管理的河濱公園，平時都免費開放民眾進入使用。但自上周六活動開幕後陸續接獲民眾陳情，指稱入園就要酌收門票，就算不使用園內設施也要花錢。陳治文說，站在活化地方觀光立場，樂見大溪首次舉辦熱氣球搭乘體驗活動，但業者僅憑民航局同意公文就舉辦活動，周邊交通管制及環保問題都提不出有效計畫，都讓活動失去原本美意。大溪區長黃睿松說，熱氣球博覽會租借河濱公園，是依據《桃園縣大溪鎮公所公有展演及運動場所租金收費標準》，活動舉辦37天時間收取51萬租金於法有憑。此外河濱公園每天早上8點以前、下午5點以後都讓民眾免費入園，應該不致於影響居民使用權益。，

參選美國總統的富豪川普對於《富比世》雜誌宣稱他只有45億美元身價相當不悅。（摘自Forbes）

美國財經雜誌《富比世》9月29日公布美國400大富豪榜，微軟公司創辦人比爾蓋茲連續22年蟬聯榜首，亞馬遜集團創辦人貝佐斯攀上排行榜第4名，社群網站龍頭「臉書」創辦人祖克柏名列第7，這是他首度擠入前10名。爭取美國共和黨總統候選人的房地產大亨川普僅列第121名。400大富豪的前10名依序是比爾蓋茲、波克夏海瑟威公司董事長巴菲特、甲骨文公司創辦人艾里森、貝佐斯、科氏工業集團的查爾斯和大衛．科奇兄弟、祖克柏、前紐約市長彭博、零售業龍頭沃爾瑪的吉姆．華頓、谷歌公司共同創辦人佩吉。

參選美國總統的富豪川普對於《富比世》雜誌宣稱他只有45億美元身價相當不悅。（摘自Forbes）

美國財經雜誌《富比世》9月29日公布美國400大富豪榜，微軟公司創辦人比爾蓋茲連續22年蟬聯榜首，亞馬遜集團創辦人貝佐斯攀上排行榜第4名，社群網站龍頭「臉書」創辦人祖克柏名列第7，這是他首度擠入前10名。爭取美國共和黨總統候選人的房地產大亨川普僅列第121名。400大富豪的前10名依序是比爾蓋茲、波克夏海瑟威公司董事長巴菲特、甲骨文公司創辦人艾里森、貝佐斯、科氏工業集團的查爾斯和大衛．科奇兄弟、祖克柏、前紐約市長彭博、零售業龍頭沃爾瑪的吉姆．華頓、谷歌公司共同創辦人佩吉。

今年400大富豪身價均值達58億美元（約台幣1918億元），創新紀錄，高於去年的57億美元（約台幣1885億元），總財富達2.34兆美元（約台幣77兆元），高於去年的2.29兆美元（約台幣76兆元）。根據報導，比爾蓋茲身價達760億美元（約台幣2.5兆元），但比2014年的身價少了50億美元（約台幣1653億元）。拜亞馬遜股價飆漲之賜，貝佐斯的身價達470億美元（約台幣1.5兆元），從去年的第15名上升到第4名。祖克柏身價403億美元（約台幣1.3兆元），從去年的第11名攀升到第7名。川普自稱身價逾100億美元（約台幣3306億元），但富比士估算他的財產僅45億美元（約台幣1488億元）。發言向來犀利的川普對此相當不滿：「我認為他們就是竭盡所能要讓我顯得窮酸。聽著，我所能說的就是富比士是破產的雜誌，他們不曉得自己在說什麼。」這並非川普頭一回因為身價被低估而冒火，根據前紐約市長彭博旗下彭博社今年7月公布的彭博億萬富豪指數，川普淨資產估計僅有29億美元（約台幣959億元），川普就曾砲轟彭博是嫉妒他。(中國時報)，

，與家人分享喜悅。他說，這是責任更加重的開始，但相信以其行政經驗和能力，絕對可承接苗栗各項建設，延續劉政鴻的旗艦計畫，帶領苗栗邁向健康、幸福城市。選戰中，徐耀昌既要迎戰其他候選人密集炮火外，還要擺脫吳宜臻和康世儒等人夾殺，仍以14萬7547票，46.59％得票率勝出，保住苗栗藍天。另5位候選人得票數，吳宜臻8萬9838票，得票率28.37％，康世儒6萬356票，得票率19.06％，江明修1萬4978票，陳淑芬2137票，曾國良獲1807票。徐耀昌9年前首次投入第15屆縣長選舉，當時也有6位候選人，面對國民黨提名的劉政鴻與代表綠營的邱炳坤等選將，徐獲4萬7834票，得票率約17％，落後國民黨47.9％與民進黨29.9％。經過一番歷練，徐耀昌4月底贏得國民黨黨內初選，進而獲中央黨部提名，起步較早。選前民調的前3名，徐耀昌保持一路領先吳、康，選舉結果不出預料；從徐得票率來看，政壇人士認為「中贏」。而民進黨近幾次縣長選舉，以參選第16屆的楊長鎮戰績最佳，藍、綠對決下，楊獲9萬5469票、得票率33.6％；藍營劉政鴻更以18萬1256票高票連任，得票率63.79％。由於國、民兩黨外，還有4位無黨籍候選人，難免瓜分吳宜臻的票源，她要固守綠營基本盤更形不易，因此其得票率僅28.37％。而無黨籍康世儒曾任鎮長、立委，其得票數顯示他仍保有相當實力。吳宜臻晚間回競選總部宣布敗選，她說，距離對手徐耀昌票數有明顯差距，雖然落選但守住綠色基本盤，顯示至少一半以上鄉親對於清廉操守被質疑部分是不信任的。康世儒說，沒有政黨支持，全靠志工幫忙，要支持者為他歡喜，今天後他就能放下壓力和重擔。，

莎莉賽隆扮悍姐 讓小孬孬硬起來

影后莎莉賽隆在《熊麻吉》導演塞思麥克法蘭自編、自導、自演的最新限制級爆笑喜劇《百萬種硬的方式》中，

莎莉賽隆也談到和塞思麥克法蘭的合作，而且她其實早就是麥克法蘭的超級粉絲：「幽默這件事其實見仁見智，很難說喜歡還是不喜歡，這也是我很少接喜劇片的原因，大多數的喜劇其實都不是我的菜，但我真的是塞思和『蓋酷家族』的超級粉絲！」她表示在片場大家也會嬉鬧，但能演出這部片卻比什麼都還要開心，特別是在嘔心瀝血的拍完上一部作品後，《百萬種硬的方式》讓她找回久違的歡笑。電影6月6日在台上映。，
